Burton's Heating, Air and Appliances is a local, family-owned and operated business. We have been providing quality HVAC repairs and installation services for more than 15 years. Our owner, Michael Burton Sr., has been working in the industry since 1998. Over the years, Michael gained experience working for another company before starting his own business in 2007. Since then, we have become accredited by the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce.

American Home Shield dispatched Burton’s to come out and replace my HVAC in July 2025. When the winter weather got here our heat wasn’t working on our brand new unit so AHS had Burton’s come back out. They discovered that the tech that installed the new unit (no longer with them) did not install a safety switch or hook up the heat pump wires. The technician they sent out was awesome and got it working in no time and was very apologetic about the previous tech and stated that is not the type of work Burton’s is known for. Glad to have working heat! Big thanks to Burton’s for coming back out and resolving the issue and being so professional and kind.

My warranty company sent Burtons out to my home after my heat stopped working. He was so helpful and professional. He went above and beyond and got our heat back to working quickly. He was able to quickly find the problem, explain everything thoroughly and even replaced some screws that were missing when I bought the house to the air filter cover. I'll most definitely be using this company in the future if more issues come up.

10/10 would recommend and would hire these guys again.
After dealing with 3 sets of Home Depot delivery employees (we received 2 faulty dishwashers and finally got a refund and went with Best Buy instead), these men were a breath of fresh air. The entire interaction was positive, from start to finish.
From their warm smiles when I opened the door, to ensuring the front door shut whenever they came in or out (who knew this wasn’t a common practice??), to carefully placing the new dishwasher so that our hardwood floors weren’t damaged, cleaning up all of the packaging trash, etc, they were kind and considerate the entire interaction.
